Good evening/morning there fish fans. We have a wonderful weekend lined up for the greater Asheville area. Here at the coast we were very fortunate to locate the only fisherman to brave the weather offshore, and let me/him tell you, "it was a very good trip." These Grouper and Snapper came right from his boat, to our truck, and asap to you. These fish are as good as it gets, regardless your locale. You could charter a boat, catch your fish, bring them home, and they still would not be any fresher than these. Just sayin.
Aside from the deepwater fish, the Scallops are unbelievable, the Flounder was gigged today, and the Black Drum is a high quality, just caught fish in everybody's price range. The Blue Crabs are big heavy and mean. And the Stone Claws, I could eat everyone of them, but I will wait my turn.
This week, we are set up for a big weekend. Next week, we will be on short hiatus. So get your Freshness this week, then closed next weekend (May 21,22), and open again to celebrate Memorial weekend. Thank you once again for your overwhelming support. Hope to see you soon.
