What an unbelievable day here seaward.  I hope equally as beautiful in the hills.  Not only was the weather perfect, but our timing with the fisherman was as well.  Many of our fish were still alive when they boarded for the trip to the Mountains.  

We have compiled our best assortment of the year, just in time for Easter.  Halibut, Cod, Flounder and or Dover Sole alone would be tough to passover, throw in Scallops, Shrimp or Crab and hippity hoppidy, Spring has sprung.
